As I travel, I always try to pick a diner to eat. Their menu is made up of local favorites. This was no different. Everybody at the diner was kind and courteous and their service was fast and the food again was outstanding. I can't wait to return.

When I'm out of town and looking for a great place for breakfast, I go straight to Yelp for help and inspiration ! When i saw nearly 5 stars at JJ's, we had to go a few miles out of the way to try this place and I'm so glad we did. Yelp never disappoints! The parking lot had plenty of spaces on the day we arrived. Lucky us! We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and got a nice booth with Jillian as our server. Jillian was warm and friendly and very helpful as we reviewed the menu options. We could tell by the Yelp reviews that Chicken & Waffles were a popular item and seriously they were outstanding. You MUST try this ridiculously delicious meal. The photo i took doesn't do it justice. The gravy alone has me wanting to go back ... and i didn't even order it, my lucky husband did. The chicken was fresh and soft and very tasty and the waffle was a perfect combination of texture ... with the warm gravy soaking into it. I had a very nice waffle with strawberries and bananas. It was very good and JJ's knows how to cook waffles. We will definitely be back and I'm eager to try other things in the menu. Thanks again JJ's and Jillian for making our first dining experience a great one ! Chef's kiss!
